I offer enjoyable, Sun power yoga inspired classes, from beginners to intermediate. Relax and unwind with some calming meditation and pranayama, or join me for some private, 121 lessons to meet your needs and goals. All sessions can be in the comfort of your own home, via zoom or in a socially distanced environment.

My speciality is targeting stress, anxiety as well as supporting your physical, mental and spiritual well being.

I am available 7 days of the week and all classes are brought to you with Sincerity, Knowledge and Love.

Breathe, Stretch, Release

Your "go to" yoga session for when you need something a little more nourishing for the mind and body.

Breathing techniques to clam the mind, light yoga postures for releasing tension and a deep, guided, mediation for complete bliss.


Sunpower Yoga

Beginners to intermediate classes include, Pranayama/breathing for balancing the mind and strengthening the lungs.

A flowing series of asanas/postures to steady the mind and body and a final Savasana, corpse pose, for a well earned relaxation.


Yoga Nidra

It's not sleep, but a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation.

The benefits are, sharper mind and reduced negative thought patterns and habits.


1-2-1 Classes

Private 1-2-1 yoga classes, or up to a maximum of 5 people.

Specific to your personal needs and requirements. Yoga asana, pranayama and meditation to achieve a balanced mind, body and spirit.


About Me

I have been practicing yoga for 25 years and teaching professionally, as a Sun Power yoga teacher, for 6.

My background as a professional dancer still informs my yoga practice and teaching style today, guiding me to teach a more flowing style with grace and gratitude. My transition from dance to yoga was natural and organic and has blossomed, spiritually over the years.

I regularly teach in schools, Universities, the Police HQ here in Leicester, as well as private clients, from married couples to corporate businesses.

I look forward to sharing the gift of yoga with you all. Give yourself the space to breathe.
